We want you to be happy with JarvisAF. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel from your account and keep access until the end of the current period.
One-off credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
If a build stalls or fails before producing a working preview, JarvisAF automatically refunds the credits for that build — you do not need to request it.
Email billing@jarvisaf.dev with your account email and reason. We review requests within 5 working days.
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of the account under review.
